Dr. Schwarcz is a board certified Oculoplastic Surgeon, in solo practice in NYC. He Completed fellowship in Oculoplastic Surgery at UCLA Medical Center, and a fellowship in Facial Cosmetic Surgery. He was the previous chief of Oculoplastics Albert Einstein. He has over 40 peer reviewed publications and is a recognized lecturer internationally.
