Dr. John Q. Cook is the Medical Director and Founder of the Whole Beauty® Institute in Chicago and Winnetka, IL.

He is a member of the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Rush University Medical Center.

His surgical interests include facial rejuvenation surgery, structural breast surgery, and body contouring.

He has performed thousands of facial procedures in his career and combined fat transfer with face lifting for over 25 years. The majority of his facial rejuvenation surgeries are done under local anesthesia.
