Katrina Whitehair, MBA, is a Senior Consultant at VMG Health with over 18 years experience in aesthetic medicine and eyecare. Formerly a practice administrator, she now provides ongoing operational consulting support to medical aesthetic practices in plastic surgery, dermatology, and medspas. Areas of expertise include flow and efficiency, strategic planning, facility expansion and start-up, practice leadership and training, physician and provider recruitment and integration, compensation, succession planning.
